WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Yes, we do offer refunds. You may receive a refund for your order as long as it is within 14 days of when you received the item(s).
In order to receive a refund we must first receive the items back to our facility and verify that either, the products are in their original condition in which they were sent OR we are able to see that there is indeed an issue with the product(s) that was there before the product(s) were sent to you.
WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
If the error was on our end, a USPS return label will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours after your request. If the reason for return/exchange was not a mistake on our end, you will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.
For example: If you did not provide us with the correct shipping address or if you ordered the wrong size or product.
