HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO SHIP AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED?
Orders are generally shipped out on average around 5 business days after orders are placed.
The reason for this time frame is that all items on our website are made as each order is placed by our fulfillment teams at various locations across the United States and beyond.
This means that we do not hold ready made inventory for immediate shipment after your order is placed. As soon as your order is placed, it is sent to production by our fulfillment team to be created. This is why orders do not ship out immediately after an order is placed.
We understand this is a unique model, but it allows us to offer you many more options, colors, sizes, product types, while at the same time keeping the costs of operations down, which helps us keep our prices lower for you.
This time frame for production before shipping is an estimate and can often be quicker than 5 business days, but there are times where it can take a bit longer than this. Please know that as soon as your order is finished, we instantly package and place it in the mail to be shipped.
As soon as your order has been finalized in production, packaged and a shipping label has been created we will send you an email containing tracking information for your package. Please note that some international shipments do not come with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system after you receive it.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
Please make sure you want to place an order before you place it. If you need to cancel your order this must contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you do not need to create an account to place an order on the website. However, creating an account when checking out will give you future access to your order information and tracking information. Plus it gives you access to utilize our Asylum Crew Rewards Program -- where you can earn points for exclusive discounts!
HOW CAN I CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
To check the status of your order, log into your account on the Lovers Are Lunatics website by clicking the "Log In" link on the main navigation.
If you did not create an account when placing your order please refer to the "Order Confirmation" email that was sent to the email address that was entered when placing your order. In that email you will find information about your order and a link to click to find out the current status of your order.
If your order has not shipped yet you will see its status as "Unfulfilled". This does not mean that your order has not been processed, it simply means that your order is still being made in production and has not officially shipped out from our facility yet.
Your order status will change to "Fulfilled" once your order has been shipped out. On the the day your order ships out you will receive an email with "Shipping Information" which will contain tracking information for your package (if you package comes with tracking, some international packages do not come with tracking). HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?
To track your order once it has shipped, you can either log into your Lovers Are Lunatics account and view your order where the tracking information is provided, or click the tracking link in the "Shipping Confirmation" email you receive after your order has been shipped.
Please note that some International shipments do not come with tracking past the US.
I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH ORDER INFORMATION.
If you did not receive an order confirmation email after placing an order, it is likely that you entered the wrong email address when checking out. If you created an account on the website when placing your order, you can log into that and view your order information. If you did not create an account, please send an email to
describing your situation.
WHY IS MY ORDER UNFULFILLED?
When your order status says "unfulfilled" it means that your order has not yet been shipped. When your order is finished in production and shipped, the status will change from "unfulfilled" to "fulfilled".
LOOKING FOR THE REST OF YOUR ORDER?
Not to worry, it will or has already been shipped out in a separate package(s). Lovers Are Lunatics works directly with suppliers across the United States that help us produce our awesome product line. Some of the suppliers ship direct from their facilities on our behalf. This helps cut down on shipping time and additional costs. We make sure to send out additional shipping information and tracking numbers for all packages that get mailed to you.
ISSUE WITH ANY OF YOUR PRODUCT(S)?
All our products go through rigorous quality control checks for any defects or printing errors. However, occasional mistakes or defects are missed. Please review your item(s) carefully before wearing them. If you wear them and then notice a problem, there is less of chance we can issue a full return or exchange.

In order to preserve the longevity of your item(s), please follow the care instructions.

- Machine wash on COLD
- Hang to dry is recommended

Please include a note in the package, along with original receipt, letting us know what size(s) you need in exchange of the original items. If your package is under 1 lb, it is highly recommended that you mail the package back using USPS First Class mail with tracking, to keep costs down. You do not need to rush ship them back to us. First Class is usually only 1 or 2 days longer than Express Mail. If you package is over 1lb, the USPS requires it to be shipped Priority Mail.
